For over four decades Ken and Margie Blanchard’s research based leadership philosophy and expertise have been embraced by leaders worldwide. Delivered in more than 12 languages across six continents, The Ken Blanchard Companies’ programs have helped organizations to thrive and evolve.

Now middle school and high school students have the opportunity to learn the same time-tested, effective leadership skills through a course called Student Self Leadership. The student course is offered through Blanchard Institute, the nonprofit founded by Margie and Ken Blanchard. Students learn to lead themselves well in school, at first jobs, and in life.
